Joseph Midler, personal representative of Dorothy L. Midler, his mother, seeks to have us reverse a dismissal in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Raine, J.) of the bill of complaint brought by Joseph against Miriam Shapiro and her husband, Martin. Joseph perceives grievous errors as having been committed by the chancellor, but our examination of the record and the applicable law leads us to a different conclusion...
