The defendant Ricky Huckaby was convicted on one count of delivery of marijuana, and both he and his wife Patsy Huckaby, his coappellant herein, were convicted on three counts charging them with (1) possession of marijuana, (2) possession of barbiturates, and (3) possession of amphetamines.
