This is an appeal from a ruling of the Clerk of the Supreme Court denying payment from the state indigent appeals fund of costs and fees incurred in representing an indigent in a CrR 7.7(b) evidentiary hearing in superior court. Claims for compensation were submitted by Durham's appointed counsel and by the court reporter (petitioners) who supplied a transcript of portions of Durham's original proceeding...
