This is a petition brought in the Land Court under the provisions of G.L.c. 240, § 14A, and G.L.c. 185, § 1 (j 1/2), to determine the validity of a 1973 amendment of the zoning ordinance of the city of Pittsfield (city) which reclassified the petitioner's land as residential.
