Defendant was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, MCLA 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a). Defendant's conviction stemmed from an incident occurring on March 22, 1975, involving defendant and an 11-year-old boy.
