This appeal is from an order of the Secretary of Transportation suspending petitioner's license for 60 days, pursuant to sections 619.1(i) and (k) of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, as amended, 75 P.S. §§ 619.1(i) and (k), for having accumulated 11 or more penalty points against his driving record.
