The instant appeal stems from a delinquency petition filed by the State which alleged that the respondent, Raymond Smith, was delinquent in that he committed the offense of robbery in violation of section 18-1 of the Criminal Code. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 18-1.) At the conclusion of the adjudicatory hearing, the respondent was found to be delinquent and thereafter...
