Appellant asserted a claim in the Court of Common Pleas based solely on a claimed violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended in 1972, popularly known as the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, Title 42, Section 2000e et seq., U.
