The plaintiff brought this action against Dwan Lincoln-Mercury, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Dwan, and Ford Motor Company, hereinafter referred to as Ford. The complaint, in one count against both defendants, alleges the sale of a Lincoln Continental automobile and sets forth claims of breach of warranty and revocation of acceptance.
