This cause of action arose out of a support contract signed by an elderly widow, Mrs. Reeh, and her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Jess Fasold, who lived with her on her farm. Under the terms of the contract Mrs. Reeh quitclaimed all her personal property to Nancy, retaining a life estate, and deeded all her farm property, retaining a life estate in that as well.
