This is an appeal by an employer from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas reversing a decision of the workmen's compensation commissioner for the seventh district which dismissed for lack of jurisdiction an employee's claim for compensation. The sole issue presented is whether the commissioner was correct in dismissing the claim on the ground that the mere transportation of the plaintiff to the hospital...
