The People appealed directly to this court (Rule 302(a)) from two judgments of the circuit court of Hancock County (Nos. 47459 and 47460) and the judgment of the circuit court of Winnebago County (No. 47585) holding unconstitutional section 11-501.1(d) of the Illinois Vehicle Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501.1(d).
