This is an appeal by Anthony Simone from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review which affirmed a referee's decision holding that Simone is ineligible for benefits because he was discharged for willful misconduct.1 The issue in this case is whether the Board erred by holding that Simone's sleeping on the job constituted willful misconduct.
