OPINION

HOWARD, Chief Judge.

This appeal arises out of a suit for personal injuries sustained by appellants in a car accident. The case was tried to a jury which returned a defense verdict and the sole questions on appeal are directed to jury instructions. A detailed recitation of the evidence is unnecessary and we shall refer to evidentiary matters only insofar as they bear upon the questions raised.1
