This suit was brought by Lee E. Underwood to recover proceeds of a life insurance policy on the life of Frank L. Underwood. Lee E. Underwood died during the course of the proceedings and Myrtle Underwood, the administratrix of Lee E. Underwood's estate, was substituted as plaintiff.
