This is a direct appeal in a criminal action in which the defendant-appellant, Eugene Moss, was convicted of two counts of burglary (K.S.A. 21-3715), felony theft (K.S.A. 21-3701), and attempted felony theft. Sentences imposed on the two burglary counts and the attempted theft count were ordered to run concurrently.
