This is an appeal from defendant's conviction for forcible rape and robbery. Having been found guilty by a jury, the defendant was sentenced by the District Court to a term of 8 to 15 years imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex on the rape charge, and to a term of 10 years imprisonment on the robbery charge, said sentences to be served consecutively.
