Kenneth Cannon died on March 17, 1975. On March 19, 1975, decedent's purported last will and testament, dated November 10, 1971, was admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Lawrence County, Pa. At the same time, petitioner, Karen Pia, was duly and lawfully qualified as the executrix of decedent's estate under the terms of that will.
