On October 3, 1968, plaintiff, Anne F. Hunter, filed a complaint for separate maintenance against the defendant, George T. Hunter. Defendant filed a counter complaint for divorce on January 13, 1969, alleging desertion, beginning April 25, 1967, as a ground for divorce.
