The Illinois Department of Mental Health appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Kankakee County which committed defendant Jerome Javurek to Manteno State Hospital for treatment after his acquittal on a murder charge by reason of insanity. Additionally, the trial court found that defendant had not recovered from his insanity and a portion of the order appealed...
