Jeb Stuart Fries received a serious injury while a participant in a burglary and robbery. He was hospitalized in the plaintiff hospital. Jeb Stuart was 20 years old when he was admitted to the hospital. The hospital bill remains unpaid although almost a year has elapsed since it rendered services to young Fries.
