The defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of attempted possession of weapons and dangerous instruments and appliances, as a felony. The appeal brings up for review a decision which, after a hearing, denied defendant's motion to suppress physical evidence. The judgment should be affirmed.
