The defendant, Nancy Swan, excepted to the denial by the Plymouth District Court of her motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of an arrest and summons charging her with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor on February 25, 1975. All questions of law raised by the defendant's exceptions were reserved and transferred by Sawyer, J.
