After a lengthy and complicated hearing before the circuit court without a jury, Bernhard Rosee (plaintiff) recovered a judgment for actual damages of $339,139.42 against Baggot, Morrison and Haywood, jointly and severally; and judgments for exemplary damages of $150,000 each against Morrison and Haywood.
