Plaintiff is a tenured professional employe of the Springfield School District within the meaning of the Public School Code of March 10, 1949, P.L. 30, as amended, 24 P.S. §11-1124. Apparently as the result of decreasing enrollment, plaintiff was given notice by the superintendent of schools that he was suspended pursuant to sections 1124 and 1125 of the code, 24 P.S....
