Following a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty of murder. He was sentenced to be imprisoned, and this appeal is taken from the judgment of the court. On appeal the defendant claimed that the court erred in its charge to the jury and that certain statutes violated due process. In his brief, however, he has pursued only the issue of the claimed erroneous jury charge. Any claim of error which is not briefed...
