The defendant was charged by information with 11 counts of obtaining money by false pretenses and entered a plea of guilty to all counts. The superior court sentenced the defendant to not less than one nor more than five years imprisonment on Count One, and suspended imposition of sentence on Counts 2 through 11, placing him on probation for three years on each Count, to run consecutively.
