This is a bill in equity by which the plaintiff (ARCO) seeks to enjoin the defendants (lessors) from prosecuting a summary process action and to secure specific performance of an agreement to convey real estate. The case was tried before a Superior Court judge who made "findings, rulings and order for decree" and entered a final decree ordering the lessors to convey the subject real estate.
