Appellant was tried by a jury and convicted of possession of heroin and sentenced by the trial judge to five years imprisonment. He moved for a new trial on the general grounds and more particularly that: (1) the evidence does not show he had knowledgeable possession of the heroin; (2) the weight of the evidence shows he did not visit the location of the heroin; and (3) other persons had "equal access" to the location.
