OPINION BY JUDGE CRUMLISH, JR., June 17, 1976:

In this appeal, James Quick (Claimant) asks us to reverse an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the referee's denial of his petition for reinstatement of compensation.
