This is a petition by the named defendant to modify the terms of an order of custody entered at the conclusion of divorce proceedings. After hearing, the Master (Clovis I. Desmarais, Esq.) recommended that the petition be granted and the recommendation was approved by the Superior Court (Dunfey, J.).
