Lynda Lee Weaver and others1 (Weaver) filed a bill of complaint against Prince George's County, Maryland (County), seeking a declaration that Chapter 925 of the Laws of Maryland 1976 (enabling act) and Section 75-5 through 75-13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County as amended by CB 77-1976 (County bill) are unconstitutional and void.
