Per Curiam:

This is an appeal from the denial of a motion pursuant to K.S.A. 60-1507.

The pertinent facts may be briefly summarized. On December 2, 1968, appellant George Gene Van Bebber was charged with two counts of first degree murder for the shooting deaths of two people.
