No. 75-275.

45 Ohio St. 2d 154 (1976)

GENERAL TELEPHONE COMPANY OF OHIO, APPELLANT, v. PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF OHIO, APPELLEE.

Supreme Court of Ohio.

Decided February 18, 1976.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Messrs. Power, Jones & Schneider and Mr. William H. Schneider, for appellant.

Mr. William J. Brown, attorney general, and Mr. Charles S. Rawlings, for appellee.
