The Employment Appeals Board reversed the referee and found that claimant did not have good cause for leaving work and should be denied benefits under ORS 657.176(2)(c).1 The board also found that claimant was not actively seeking work and was not available for work during 7 of the 13 weeks that she was unemployed.
