Plaintiff Peter E. Blum filed a shareholder's derivative action on October 3, 1975, seeking a declaratory judgment, a permanent injunction, an accounting for damages, and a judgment for damages on behalf of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, against each of its officers and directors.
