This is an action by an employee against his former employer to recover vacation pay for four weeks, together with the sum of $91.62 deducted from wages for an I.O.U., and also to recover a penalty of 30 days' wages under ORS 652.150 for wilful failure to pay both the vacation pay and the full amount due for wages, without that deduction.
