Petition for writ of habeas corpus was filed by a prisoner at the California Medical Facility at Vacaville, seeking an order striking from the abstract of judgment reference to a prior felony conviction, and modifying his sentence from 10 years to life by reducing it to 5 to 15 years for a violation of section 11500.5 (now § 11351), Health and Safety Code.
