In a false imprisonment suit tried in 1972, plaintiff received a jury verdict and judgment for $10,000 against defendants. The judgment was reversed and remanded for a new trial by a panel of this Court in an unpublished opinion holding that the jury verdict was against the great weight of the evidence.
