This is a petition by the National Labor Relations Board ("the Board") pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended,1 ("the Act") for enforcement of an order (1) directing Respondent, Monroe Tube Company, Inc. ("the Company"), to cease and desist from engaging in certain specified activities allegedly violative of Section 8(a)(1)
