Ms. Cecilia Doski brought suit in the district court alleging that she had been discharged from employment with M. Goldseker Company because of her sex, in violation of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.1 In a second count she charged that several male employees of the M. Goldseker Company (Goldseker) had conspired to deprive her and all women employees of their rights to equal employment opportunity in violation...
