Respondent Board of Education of the Cuba Central School District (Board) appeals from a judgment which found the proceeding of Stephen J. Sikora (petitioner) to be timely brought, voided the action of the Board in denying tenure to petitioner and enjoined the Board from terminating petitioner's employment until there was compliance with sections 3013 and 3031 of the Education Law.
