The contestants, several nieces and nephews and a daughter-in-law of the testatrix, appeal from the decision of the circuit court admitting the will in question to probate.

Grayce Hertsche, the testatrix, died in 1974 at the age of 90. She is survived by several sisters, one of whom is Reatha Small, the proponent of the will in question. Additionally, she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, some of whom along with Alma Burke, the widow...
