This is an appeal from the judgment of the superior court affirming the district court's refusal to set aside a default judgment. On October 15, 1965, Dante Lenarduzzi filed a complaint in the district court1 against Everlee Flowers McDowell. The complaint was in two counts. By his first cause of action Lenarduzzi asserted his right to the possession of certain real property in Seward, alleging that he was the owner thereof...
