This is an action for breach of contract brought in the district court by plaintiff, Ithaca Corporation, a Minnesota corporation having its principal place of business in that State, against the Housing Authority of Burleigh County, North Dakota, a public corporation organized under North Dakota law and operating in the City of Bismarck.
