Robert Transue appeals from an adverse decision rendered by the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) on his appeal from a referee's denial of his petition for modification of a workmen's compensation award.1 By the terms of the award now in force, Transue receives $42 per week as compensation for a 40-percent partial disability...
