After trial to the court, the defendant was found guilty of burglary in which a television set and a number of other items were taken from a residence. On this appeal, the defendant maintains that the trial court erred in denying his motions for judgment of acquittal at the close of the prosecution's case and at the conclusion of all the evidence.
