Defendant Howard Long Park, Jr., appeals from his conviction for violating 18 U.S.C. § 659, which proscribes, inter alia, possession of goods stolen from an interstate or foreign shipment. He assigns as error on appeal the admission at trial of evidence obtained through a warrantless search of his automobile, and the prosecutor's cross-examination of defense witnesses.
