MUNSON, J.

Defendant, Durward G. Jones, appeals from a conviction of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of amphetamines with intent to sell. The issue is whether the trial court erred in denying the defendant's motion to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to a search warrant. We affirm.
