KRUCKER, Judge.

Alton Bullock was convicted of unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to serve two concurrent terms of not less than ten nor more than twelve years in the Arizona State Prison.1 He contends his convictions must be reversed on four grounds.
